Brett's dedication to pursuing a mastery of yoga practice led him directly from Kaia Yoga's 200 to 300 hour certification program. With an additional certificate in meditation instruction, Brett's students benefit from his unique focus on mindfulness that accompanies a creative, strong, and alignment-centered flow.
Brett approaches Yoga from a place of self-acceptance and self-realization and, as such, he strives to hold space for his students to experiment, learn about themselves, and grow; expanding beyond the walls of the studio and carrying Yoga throughout their civilian lives. Physical challenges are supported by Brett's talent for intuitive and confident adjustments as he guides his students with empathy and compassion.
When away from the studio, Brett can be found reading and researching about Yoga, meditation, anatomy, and health; his intellect and devotion to learning are what make him stand out as an instructor- not to mention the inspiration gained from Brett's demonstrations in class, which reflect an obvious dedication to his personal Yoga practice. Now a 500RYT, Brett instructs private and group classes in addition to mentoring and teaching meditation workshops across Fairfield County.
