Nourishing the Dynamic Energy
We all need to learn how to nourish our dynamic energies. The large intestine, gall bladder, stomach, and bladder are some of the dynamic energies of our body.
In this course, Dr. Jeffrey Zimmerman teaches how dynamic energies give us the strength to listen to others without attacking them, the energy to remain, calm, centered, powerful in our motion, and kind to ourselves and others in our emotions.
Six concise video lectures provide you with a few basic tools to restore your depleted dynamic energy:
- Breathing and Downward Flow of Energy
- Rhythm and Breathing
- Stability of the Brain, Fluidity of Thought
- Harmonizing the Feet
- Integration of Nourishing the Dynamic Energy
For our veterans, first responders, teachers, and their families: Some aspects of PTSD, anxiety, and disassociation show symptoms of depletion of nourishing, receptive energy.
Jeffrey C. Zimmerman is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and a
licensed acupuncturist. His thirty-plus years of experience and study across

restore synchronicity to the body and harmony to the whole being. Most
importantly, through his system, he teaches how to practice doing this for
yourself. To truly understand Jeffrey’s work, it must be experienced. In
