Your Instructor

Growing up as a competitive athlete, Danielle grew a passion for wellness and health. After experiencing injuries from her downhill ski racing career, Danielle began practicing healing arts, including meditation, yoga and energy work as tools to help her heal.
In addition to her newly found passions, Danielle also deepened her study of music, including violin, voice and guitar, and attended Berklee College of Music.
After graduating Berklee College of Music, Danielle also became skilled at gluten-free baking, and started her own bakery based outside of NYC. She bakes wholesale and retail for local health-food stores and farmers markets and you can find her baked goods on cloudylanebakery.com.
Danielle practices the techniques of Harmonetics and is also sharing her gifts not only as a practitioner, but also as an instructor. Healing is a very important aspect of her livelihood. Through food, yoga, movement and music, Danielle hopes to bring healing and love into the world. She is proud to be a part of the Harmonetiks community and wishes you the best.
When away from the studio, Brett can be found reading and researching about Yoga, meditation, anatomy, and health; his intellect and devotion to learning are what make him stand out as an instructor- not to mention the inspiration gained from Brett's demonstrations in class, which reflect an obvious dedication to his personal Yoga practice. Now a 500RYT, Brett instructs private and group classes in addition to mentoring and teaching meditation workshops across Fairfield County.
